i like fully had dinner today right and there was this weird green stuff that like wasn't cos and it like wasn't like that rocket thing or whatever and my mum was like haha it's spinach gurl and i was like kinda confused likeee can anyone help me out like COMMENT IF YOU KNOW WHAT SPINACH IS!! :DDD

I believe spinach is a form of "greenery" also known as a "vegetable" also known as a "legume", and is apparently a good source of iron (though not actually that good, a rare steak is a far greater source of this mineral!(it is a mineral, right?))
that's my take on the situation, at any rate.

wow that's like a lot of words for some like non-lettuce dinner food haha but like THANKYOU SO MUCH HAHAHA YOU ARE LIKE SUCH A GOOD FRUND!!!! :DDD like i heard steak gives you cancer but like whatever maybe that's just in my state or something :)
